Honesty Should Never Be Revolutionary.

A legal battle exposed an industry that protected itself instead of its customers, and changed the way we do business forever.

The Moment Everything Broke

Ritter has been serving dentistry since 1887, but my perspective changed when I realized how much of this industry was built on protecting the status quo instead of serving dentists and patients. During a federal lawsuit over the Ritter name, we uncovered internal communications that revealed just how aggressively competitors worked to control the market. That was the moment I realized success would never come from playing by rules designed to keep others out.

Dentists who destroy people’s mouths with zero concern.

The 'Enough Is Enough' Moment

Discovery during that lawsuit changed everything. Seeing the pressure campaigns and intimidation tactics happening behind the scenes made one thing clear: we needed to stop relying on traditional distribution and start building direct relationships with the people who mattered most. From that day forward, our mission became bigger than selling equipment. It became about creating a company built on transparency, accountability, and trust.

That was the instant I knew we had to take off the gloves and go direct.

Building the Fix

We built Ritter Dental USA around a simple principle: be a partner, not just another supplier. Every decision starts with honesty, transparency, and helping practices deliver better care for their patients. By combining high quality products, education, and long-term support, we’ve created a business that benefits everyone involved, from the dental team to the patient sitting in the chair.

Where We’re Headed Next

Our next chapter is about making sure more dentists and patients hear a different message. We’re investing in technology, building our own data infrastructure, and connecting directly with practices and the communities they serve. By educating patients and certifying dentists through our training programs, we believe trust can become the strongest marketing strategy in dentistry. The goal has never been to be the loudest company. It’s to become the one people trust most.
