Fixing the real bottleneck in care.

The moment it became clear patients weren’t the problem.

The Moment Everything Broke

Dental practices weren’t struggling to fill chairs. They were struggling to staff them. Demand was there, patients were waiting, but without enough clinicians, care simply couldn’t happen.

The problem was never patients. It was access to people who could treat them.

The 'Enough Is Enough' Moment

It stopped being about one practice. The same story kept showing up everywhere. At the same time, countless clinicians were underutilized, working part time, capable of doing more. That gap made one thing undeniable. The issue wasn’t a shortage of talent. It was a broken system connecting supply to need.

We didn’t have a people problem. We had an access problem.

Building the Fix

We built on Diem as a complete workforce platform for dental practices. A system that makes it simple to source, vet, and hire qualified temp clinicians while handling time tracking, payroll, taxes, and compliance in one place. It gives practices the flexibility they need without adding operational burden.

Where We’re Headed Next

We’re entering the next phase with a new version of onDiem launching soon. It will redefine how practices use flexible staffing, increasing access to care while cutting costs dramatically. For me, this is about more than efficiency. It’s about helping practices grow and making sure more patients get the care they need.
