I built InnerBoard because culture deserves a system.

See how we solve it — in under 90 seconds.
Helping doctors alleviate the frustration of disengaged teams, accountability issues, and the exhaustion of carrying culture on their own.

The Moment Everything Broke

It started with a pattern I couldn’t ignore. I watched brilliant, passionate doctors—people who cared deeply about their patients and their teams—slowly burn out under the weight of doing it all. They were leading every meeting, solving every problem, and carrying the emotional load for everyone around them. The dentistry wasn’t breaking them—the leadership model was.

They didn’t have a system for culture, for accountability, or for helping their teams think and lead themselves—to truly own their role and win at it. Without that structure, chaos fills the gap. Good people disengage. Low performers set the tone. Results plateau. And the doctor becomes the bottleneck—not from lack of vision, but from lack of a system that shares it.

“I was tired of watching brilliant clinicians lose the joy of dentistry because they were carrying what their culture was meant to hold.”

The “Enough Is Enough” Moment

It hit me after yet another conversation with a doctor who loved dentistry—but hated everything else about running the business. She wasn’t broken; the system was. She had an incredible team, but no structure to anchor accountability or sustain engagement. Every week felt like déjà vu—new problems, same patterns, and a leader who cared too much to stop fixing them herself.

That was the moment I knew something had to change. Leadership didn’t need another pep talk—it needed a blueprint. So I took the frameworks I’d been refining for years—tools for accountability, communication, and ownership—and built InnerBoard: a system that operationalizes culture so people know how to win, own their role, and perform at their potential.

“That was the day I stopped consulting on culture and started engineering it.”

Building the Fix

I built InnerBoard to solve the problem beneath every other problem: a lack of structure for people. Most practices have systems for production, scheduling, and billing—but not for their most important, most vital asset: their people.

InnerBoard is a leadership system that helps practices operationalize culture through accountability, clarity, and the activation of human potential. It uses simple yet powerful tools—like Predictive Index, which reveals how people are wired to work and communicate, and Win Sheets, which align roles and agreements so everyone knows what winning looks like. Together, these frameworks turn culture into something you can see, teach, and scale—so every person owns their role and contributes to results that last.

To sustain it, we certify Culture Ambassadors—on-site leaders who coach, communicate, and protect the system every day.

When structure meets human potential, accountability becomes freedom, and culture becomes the most powerful growth engine a practice can have.

The Mission Now

Leadership is the multiplier skill. It’s the only skill that compounds—because when people know how to lead themselves and their roles, everything scales.

As a doctor, you can’t continue to carry the weight of the practice and expect it to grow, sustain, or eventually sell at a multiplier. The path forward isn’t working harder—it’s equipping your team to lead. That’s how you remove yourself as the ceiling and unlock the full potential of your people.

InnerBoard exists to make that possible. It’s a leadership system that turns culture into your greatest asset and certifies Culture Ambassadors inside practices—empowering on-site leaders to coach, communicate, and sustain accountability as the foundation for growth.

Through InnerBoard and Spark, we’re redefining what it means to build a business that works for you, not because of you. Because when leadership multiplies, everything grows—trust, performance, energy, and ultimately, valuation.
