The Moment Everything Broke
I saw it clearly when a new dentist fired his office manager and suddenly had to do everything alone. Patients, phones, payroll, schedules. All on almost no sleep. He was not just running a practice. He was drowning in it.
Then I watched a dentist who had just purchased her practice break down because she could not fill chairs or cover expenses. We stepped in to help her through a pro bono project, and that moment showed me how many brilliant dentists are quietly struggling behind the scenes.
I was tired of watching great dentists burn out from hiring, training, and starting over.
The 'Enough Is Enough' Moment
The moment came at a dental conference. I was standing behind a vendor booth, shaking hands and hearing the same story again and again. Staffing issues. Constant turnover. Exhaustion.
Then one conversation stopped me.
A dentist leaned in and told me how burned out she was trying to keep her practice afloat. Years of school, years of sacrifice, and now she was barely keeping everything together without the support she needed. She was not complaining. She was simply tired.
I told her my daughter was studying to become a dentist. In that moment, it became personal. I realized this was not just a staffing problem. It was an industry problem.
I didn’t want my daughter to inherit a career that feels like survival.
Building the Fix
That realization led to building GetVWire. A support system designed to give dentists and business leaders the reliable help they actually need.
Our Dental Virtual Assistants manage the entire front desk remotely. Phones, insurance verification, billing, AR aging, patient recalls, treatment coordination and scheduling. Our Executive Virtual Assistants support entrepreneurs and CEOs with operations, systems, inbox and calendar management, and marketing support.
The goal is simple. Give leaders the support they need so they can focus on patients, growth, and the parts of their work they actually love.
Where We’re Headed Next
Our mission is to give dentists and business leaders the freedom to grow without burning out. When the right support systems are in place, leaders get their time back and can focus on what they love most.
This mission matters deeply to me because I have seen how demanding this industry can be. I want the next generation of dentists, including my daughter, to inherit a profession that offers success, balance, and a life outside the practice.
