I watched dentists navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with little or no trusted guidance. Too many did not understand what their practice was worth or the terms that could cost them thousands. Even worse, I realized many people advising them had little financial experience and were giving bad advice.

While working in the industry, I realized I could no longer stand behind the way clients were being treated. Promises were not being kept, and both clients and employees were paying the price. I knew I could either accept the status quo or build the kind of advisory firm dentists truly deserved. I chose to start Atlas Dental Advisors and do things the right way.

Building the Fix
I built Atlas Dental Advisors to give dentists the strategic guidance they need before, during, and after a practice transition. By bringing institutional level financial expertise and DSO style transaction strategies to independent practice owners, we help clients maximize value while protecting the legacy they spent decades building. Every recommendation is built around the dentist’s goals, not someone else’s commission.
Where We’re Headed Next
Our mission is to continue creating fair, transparent, and successful dental practice transitions for doctors across the country. As we grow, I want to bring experienced family members and trusted professionals from finance and dentistry into the business so we can preserve the level of service and integrity our clients expect. The goal is simple. Help more dentists retire or transition with confidence, knowing they received the value they earned.
