The Moment Everything Broke
Dr. Arash witnessed a crisis that had nothing to do with clinical skill. Incredible dentists were losing patients, losing revenue, and losing their passion because the systems, tools, and technology around them were failing. Practices were forced to be reactive instead of proactive. Policies were outdated. Technology was fragmented. Workflows were inefficient and unreliable.
The profession was not short on talent. The profession was short on infrastructure.
Dentistry did not need another gadget. It needed an entirely new category built to fix the cracks no one else could.
The “Enough Is Enough” Moment
The turning point came when it became clear that dentists were running their practices inside an ecosystem that was never designed to support modern care. The tools were disconnected. The solutions were scattered. The industry was stuck because the technology behind it was stuck.
That realization pushed Dr. Arash to rethink the entire foundation of dental innovation. Instead of adding more noise, he decided to create a platform that would finally organize it.

I built Dentulu as the infrastructure dentistry should have always had; a centralized marketplace where the most innovative, validated, and impactful technologies can finally live under one roof. Instead of forcing practices to chase scattered tools, outdated systems, and unvetted gadgets, Dentulu does the heavy lifting: we search globally, test rigorously, verify clinically, and integrate what actually moves the profession forward. The result is a connected ecosystem designed to save practices time, increase profitability, and deliver better outcomes for patients.

Where We’re Headed Next
The mission hasn’t changed and we’re still fixing the parts of dentistry that were never built to support modern clinicians. But now the scale is bigger. Dentulu is expanding into AI, diagnostics, remote care, personalized products, and global access so that no dentist is left behind by outdated systems ever again. We are building custom integrated mobile applications that are private labeled for each office and that include integrated services that most dental offices won’t even hear about for another 5-7 years. What started from frustration has grown into a commitment to elevate the profession, protect clinicians, and modernize the way dentistry operates worldwide.
