Lead Attrition Is Dentistry's Biggest Opportunity.

One frustrating client call exposed the real problem. It was never just marketing. It was what happened after the lead came in.

The Moment Everything Broke

When Briteline first launched, I quickly realized most dental practices were not losing because of bad marketing. They were losing because great leads were never handled well. In an industry where high value treatments are fiercely competitive and marketing costs thousands of dollars every month, watching opportunities disappear through poor follow up was impossible to ignore.

“I was sick of seeing leads fall through the cracks.”

The 'Enough Is Enough' Moment

I was on a call with a client and their marketing agency when everyone started pointing fingers. Marketing blamed the practice. The practice blamed marketing. Nobody was taking ownership of the patient journey. That conversation made one thing clear. The industry did not need another marketing company. It needed accountability.

“The problem was never finding leads. It was making sure someone actually owned them.”

Building the Fix

We built Briteline to become the accountability partner dental practices were missing. We are a human first company that believes if we promise exceptional follow up, we have to be exceptional at it ourselves. We put our money where our mouth is and help practices recover missed opportunities, increase production, and turn more inquiries into patients.

Where We’re Headed Next

Today my mission is bigger than building a successful company. It is becoming the kind of CEO who can lead Briteline through its next stage of growth while helping more dental practices capture the value they have already earned. Every patient who receives the right follow up is another reminder of why we started this journey.
